M2 Telecommunications group has acquired the business assets of Clear Telecoms in a deal worth a reported $24.5million. The deal will include all Clear's existing customer contracts, operating systems, brands and intellectual property. M2 CEO Vaughan Bowen has said that she feels the acquisition will strengthen M2's position in the SMB telco market.
